Well...as you all know I've been gyming. However, my tummy refuses to go down. I admit. I do eat rather yummy gluten filled foods, but ummm I work out super hard. Normally...well...I use to drop pounds. NOW...I guess since I'm about to be 30, and I have Celiac Disease...and seemingly am refusing to stop eating gluten....not quite the results I've been wanting. BUT I will keep on going. I have GOT to stop eating WHEAT!
