I have also decided to slowly decide how to be an avid coupon lady. We will see how this goes...I've printed some out, and feel free to get me those coupons out of magazines/papers that you're not using...no need to cut them out...I'll do it:)

thats awesome! i have been running 3 miles on my treadmill a few times a week for over a year now and still takes about 12 minute per mile. i am slooow:( how did you improve your time??
ReplyDeleteI just kept pushing myself. I don't know...I rotated from the treadmill to the street. Right now, I can't go as far as I could 3mo ago...I guess due to being fatigued???or something...I don't know. BUT I keep going no matter what. So my suggestion...If you have a smart phone/iphone...download some of your fav tunes...then download a running app like mapmyrun or nike or something like that...they will track your distance and time. This will motivate you! I promise! If you've been running on the treadmill, you may be surprised at how far and fast you'll run on the street! BE SAFE!!:)
