Stats

Yes. I will be posting a blog about our vacation. But not right now.

I am gonna share my stats as far as my weight loss and " loss. I have actually lost 0lbs . I gained 5 and now am going back down. not fat though. Robyn pointed out to me that we have been working out since the middle of Oct. WHOO HOO! Lifestyle in order.

I'm back down to my original weight 185.
Hips are down from 46" at the start to now 44" JOY!!
Waist is down from 37.7' at the start to now 35.5" WHOO!
 those all all I will share for now. Let's be appropriate LOL
My height is the same...

If you are beginning an exercise routine...please do not look for rapid weight loss...chances are you will not stick to your plan on an account of being discouraged. Measure...weight only every once in a while. I like to measure about every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. neato to see change.

UPDATE: 3/24/2012 I weigh 179 booh
