I find that I am addicted to sugar...as are most Americans. I have also found that as a person works out more and more=increase in metabolism=now I'm cravin' more sugar than ever.
So here is my plan...thinkin about introducing chromium to my supplements. I am scheduled for a blood drawing in Feb. so that will show if it's treating me well. Chromium reduces sugar cravings. I use to never want so much sweet stuff. ahhh No wonder. hmmmm
